How can i become member of the library?
For library membership, please visit the library website, navigate to the membership form section, complete the Google form with the required information and submit it.
Is there any separate membership card issued for using the library?
Yes, after completing the membership form, please visit the IT Department for biometric registration. You may use your index finger for library access until you receive your library card.
How do I search library collection/resources?
Library operations are automated with latest tools and technology.

How many books can I borrow?
Following are the borrowing privileges:
For all Faculty Members and Scientific Staff: 8 books for a loan period of 3 months
For all Students: 8 books for a loan period of 2 months.
How can I recommend books to the library?
For recommendations, faculty members can send an email or use their library OPAC account. Students should fill out the student recommendation form and obtain a signature from their host or inform their host about the required titles for recommendation.
How do I pay the overdue amount for issued books?
The overdue amount calculated under your name will be sent to the Accounts Section for deduction from your salary account.
How can I purchase books for my personal use through the library?
For personal use, please send a list of the books via email. We will forward the list to our regular vendors for quotations. Once we receive the quotations, we will forward them to you, if you agree with the quoted prices, please send your confirmation, and we will initiate the ordering process.
